Beverages based on oat, rye, wheat, buckwheat and/or other (pseudo)cereals with EFSA approved claims on protein and dietary fiber. The products may also contain calcium and vitamins at levels close to cow milk.
Flavored variants with natural fruits, cacao and coffee are also available.
There is possibility to work with zero-waste, waste-negative and very low carbon footprint options by valorization of by-products from the milling, brewing and plant protein industries.
Processes are applicable to most dairy plants, breweries and the like. Some options may require CAPEX while others are easily implemented.
