We have solutions based on in-house developed technologies and recipes for nutritious, sustainable and tasty plant-based products that are ready for implementation at the customer or third party production facilities. Technologies of these solutions are normally transferred with a licence agreement that can have a fixed price or be royalty-based (as percentage of sales).

plant-based beverages

Beverages based on oat, rye, wheat, buckwheat and/or other (pseudo)cereals with EFSA approved claims on protein and dietary fiber. The products may also contain calcium and vitamins at levels close to cow milk.

Flavored variants with natural fruits, cacao and coffee are also available.

There is possibility to work with zero-waste, waste-negative and very low carbon footprint options by valorization of by-products from the milling, brewing and plant protein industries.

Processes are applicable to most dairy plants, breweries and the like. Some options may require CAPEX while others are easily implemented.

oat beverage instant powder

Instant powder for making oat beverages with EFSA approved claims on protein and dietary fiber. The products may also contain calcium and vitamins at levels close to cow milk.

Flavored variants with natural fruits, cacao and coffee are also available.

Environmental footprint of production is lower than of other oat milks, but nutrition is much higher. More carbon equivalent is saved by more efficient packaging and transport possibilities.

Processes are applicable to most plants capable of dry blending.

plant-based follow-on formula powder

Instant powder of plant-based follow-on formula stage 2 (6 months - 1 year), stage 3 (1 - 3 years), and stage 4 (3+ years) based on oats and conform European nutritional guidelines.

Note that the company bringing the product(s) to market has to apply for approval, as there are strict standards with respect to food safety.

sugar reduced fruit juice

Fruit juice with reduced sugar while retaining most vitamins and sweetness. Possibility to obtain EFSA approved claim "sugar reduced" (30% reduced compared to market standard).

Processes are applicable to most fruit juice processing plants. There is possibility for an in-line process (with no significant change in production process) and for a more elaborate off-line process (which requires a longer process). Some options may require CAPEX while others are easily implemented.
